Due to Fortunecity's paranoia regarding files of any kind placed on their servers, you MUST have cookies enabled in order to view graphics or download files that are on their servers. Their explanation is as follows (direct quote from email):
"I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Cookies have to be enabled to allow graphics to be viewed in order to stop people from using Fortunecity to warehouse files. This prevents people placing graphics on their sites that have not been linked to any HTML pages."

You might even find a few rantings from some of the ops posted here occasionally (mostly from the main ranter, Foghat). There also will be tips for Web Design, ICQ, and Eggdrop IRC bots.
